Job Description
The RN Clinical Support Coordinator role offers an hourly wage of $38.14 – $54.54, based on experience and skills.
Requires 3+ years of ICU, Emergency, or PACU RN experience.
Supports new graduate and transitioning nurses through mentoring and guidance.
Performs unit rounds, assesses patient care quality, identifies educational needs, and escalates concerns.
Ensures nursing staff adhere to standards, policies, and regulations.
Requires Bachelors Degree, and ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications within 30 days.
Offers flexible shifts (nights and mid shifts).
