Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care to achieve positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in their assigned unit.
Analyzes medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized care plans.
Prepares medication administration, treatments, and other nursing processes to ensure comprehensive care.
Reconciles medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Evaluates patient responses to interventions and adjusts care plans as needed.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), at least 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in a specialty), a valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, and BLS certification.
