Registered Nurse (RN), Med Surg Float
Job Type: Full-time, variable 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends
Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
Increased RN float team rate: $55.81/hour

The float team offers experienced nurses the opportunity to care for diverse patient populations across Medical/Surgical, Step-down, Behavioral Health, ER, and ICU settings. Assignments vary daily, with education in specialty areas like Palliative, Trauma, Surgery, Neurology, and more. Nurses work three 12-hour shifts weekly with 50% weekend requirement, utilizing technology for schedule flexibility.

Candidates need a current RN license, 2 years of acute care experience, BLS certification, and preferred certifications in dysrhythmia, critical care, trauma, stroke, cardiac monitoring, neuro, and IV therapy.
