Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Staff Nurse – Area Float for a dynamic team environment. This role includes a 10-week paid training program and is not seasonal. The RN will lead a team, oversee up to 16 dialysis patients, and work a rotating schedule of 3 days per week, with average shifts of 12-14 hours. Weekend work may be required based on team needs. Candidates should have at least 1 year of nursing experience in fast-paced settings (LTC, ER, ICU, etc.) and hold an active RN license in Michigan. A commitment to learning and career growth is essential.
