  • The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality by integrating research and evidence-based practices.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, overseeing staff, engaging patients and families, communicating with team members, participating in quality improvement, and supporting staff orientation.
  • Must have a valid RN license from Virginia or reciprocal state, with 1-2 years of acute care or emergency department experience. BSN is preferred. Certifications required include CPR, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, ENPC, and TNCC.
  • Actively participate in hospital and departmental committees, and contribute to maintaining safe, high-quality care standards.
