Job Description

Schedule: 7pm-7am, Full-time
Department: ED Behavioral Health
Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC

  • Join a dedicated ED Behavioral Health unit with 18 beds, focusing on compassionate care for patients with mental health, substance use, personality disorders, or developmental disabilities.

  • Provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and manage behavioral health needs, including safety and crisis intervention.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree preferred, current RN licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience. Must complete facility-specific restrictive intervention training within 3 months of hire.

  • Responsibilities involve delivering exceptional patient care, fostering teamwork and diversity, ensuring safety, and adhering to policies for behavioral health management and crisis response.
