Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Director Nurse Resident in Fresno, CA, for an ongoing full-time role with an 8-hour day shift and 40 hours/week.
Lead the operations, strategic planning, and clinical services of a busy Emergency Department, overseeing a high-acuity, 156-bed unit serving over 350 patients daily.
Foster a collaborative, professional, and patient-centered team culture.
Act as liaison with EMS, trauma services, physician leadership, and community agencies.
Manage department budget, compliance, resource use, and performance improvement.
Require a Bachelor’s in Nursing (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in emergency care, 2+ years in management, experience in a Level I Trauma Center, and current California RN license.
