Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized dialysis care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, resource allocation, crisis response, effective communication, policy enforcement, and patient flow coordination.

The role involves operating dialysis equipment, assessing patients, managing complications, and supporting patient education and emotional needs.

Candidates should hold a current RN license, with BLS certification within 30 days and ACLS/PALS within six months. Experience and additional certifications are preferred.
