This Critical Care RN (Stepdown-Nights) position in Florence, Alabama offers a 7:00pm-7:00am schedule.
Provides specialized care in a 22-bed ICU within a trauma III hospital setting.
Supports patient recovery through medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discharge, and referrals.
Assists patients with daily activities and educates families tailored to individual needs.
Requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS within six months.
Preferred one year of experience.
