This RN position in the Adult Psychiatry Nursing Unit offers a 12-hour day shift with alternating weekends and rotating holidays, based in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role includes a sign-on bonus of up to $6,250.00 and an hourly salary between $39.66 and $55.99.
Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, leading nursing teams, assessing patient needs, ensuring quality care, managing resources, and participating in staff development.
Requirements involve Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
