Seeking a PRN/Hourly Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to support patient care coordination from M-Sun 8a-4:30p.

  • Play a vital role in developing individualized care plans and ensuring payer requirements are met.

  • Qualifications include a current RN license, associates or bachelor’s degree, BLS certification, and 3+ years of acute care experience. Case management certification is preferred.
