Job Description

Professional nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care from admission to discharge.
Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver theory-based, relationship-centered care.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, no holidays or weekends.
Key duties include adhering to policies and safety standards, analyzing patient information, advocating for patients, incorporating evidence-based practices, and ensuring safe environments.
Provides individualized care, communicates effectively, and participates in quality improvement and community outreach.
Requires an associate’s degree in nursing, RN licensure, CPR certification, and 1-2 years of experience.
Knowledge of basic math, communication, and computer skills are essential.
Salary ranges from $41.77 to $63.30 per hour.
