The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team and applying evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervising staff, coordinating care plans, patient/family education, discharge planning, and participating in quality improvement activities.
Must complete assessments, identify clinical issues, and adhere to standards of professional practice, empowerment, and leadership.
Qualifications: graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN license, minimum one year cardiac critical care experience preferred, BLS required at hire, ACLS within 6 months.
Participates in staff orientation, policy development, and unit operations to ensure safe, effective care.
