The Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Medicine Clinical Coordinator is a full-time role working 3p-11:30p with every other weekend and holidays.
The position involves caring for patients on a 29-bed locked adult psychiatric unit, providing comprehensive mental health care for individuals aged 18-59, with some over 59 evaluated case-by-case.
Responsibilities include nursing assessments, therapy, medication management, safety checks, and supporting patients’ emotional, behavioral, physical, cultural, educational, and spiritual needs.
The role emphasizes teamwork, utilizing specialized care plans and technology to impact patient well-being.
