Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for Behavioral Medicine on a 12-hour shift schedule, with an EOW rotation, offering up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Provide direct patient care in a 29-bed locked adult psychiatric unit for individuals aged 18-59, with assessments, therapy, and medication management.
Ensure patient safety through monitoring, safety checks, and staff presence during meals and visits.
Support patients with diverse diagnoses, including DSM 5 conditions, intellectual disabilities, autism, and medical comorbidities, ensuring they are medically stable.
Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive mental health care, emphasizing emotional, behavioral, physical, cultural, educational, and spiritual needs.
Qualifications include a current RN license, associate or bachelorâs degree, BLS certification within 30 days, with CPR and Dysrhythmia certifications preferred.
