Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Manager, Care Manager in Bridgeton, Missouri.
Coordinates patient care, personnel management, and equipment maintenance.
Manages hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development of staff.
Assists in developing staffing, revenue, and expense budgets.
Provides and oversees patient care, creates collaborative care plans, and documents interventions.
Reviews staff hours, manages payroll, staff communications, and staffing needs.
Conducts performance evaluations and implements corrective actions.
Ensures safety and compliance in a safety-sensitive position.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 2-5 years of experience, RN license. Preferred 5-10 years of experience and <2 years supervisory experience.
