Job Description
The Level II Competent Registered Nurse provides patient-centered, continuous care by applying evidence-based practices and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, supervising staff, patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensuring quality improvement.
Performs specific tasks such as pre-admission assessments, specimen collection, and electrocardiograms.
Participates in staff orientation, policy development, and unit operations.
Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate, valid RN license, minimum 1 year OR RN experience, and BLS certification.
No nights, weekends, or holidays; potential $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
