    • Position Summary:
    The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care for a specific population, emphasizing quality and safety in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities include ensuring care quality, adjusting care plans as needed, and coordinating patient care on the Rehab Unit. This is a Night Shift position.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Active AZ or Compact LPN or LVN license required
  • AHA BLS certification required (or obtained within 30 days if different)
  • EHAC/ACS training within 90 days of hire; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days
