    • Position Summary:
    The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ensures quality outcomes, follows standards and regulations, and coordinates care for the Rehab Unit. This is a night shift position.

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Active AZ or Compact LPN/LVN license required
  • AHA BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
  • EHAC/ACS training within 90 days and annually
  • NIH Stroke Scale completed within 30 days of hire
