Join a caring healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts.
Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs upon admission and ongoing.
Develop and update personalized care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and accurately.
Communicate changes in residents’ conditions promptly using SBARR.
Monitor care delivery, address issues using QAPI, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide resident assistance with ADLs and respond to call lights.
Complete required nursing education hours and stay current with best practices.
Job requires an RN license, CPR/AED certification, critical thinking, excellent communication, and physical ability to lift and move patients.
Pay ranges from $29.39 to $48.20 per hour.
