Summary: Assess residents’ health, develop and update care plans collaboratively, document interventions, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and respond calmly to crises.
Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, monitoring resident status, and ensuring care plan delivery.
Qualifications: RN license, from an accredited school, CPR/AED certification, critical thinking, communication, time management, physical ability to assist residents and handle equipment.
Pay: $29.39 – $48.20/hr.
