Seeking experienced or new graduate RNs passionate about delivering quality care and building strong team relationships.
Provide compassionate, high-quality direct care to patients and residents.
Supervise nursing assistants and ensure compliance with all standards and policies.
Operate within federal, state, and local regulations guided by the Director of Nursing.
Maintain accurate documentation, assessment skills, and confidentiality.
Hold an active RN license, current CPR certification, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
