Our 12-month Nurse Residency program begins in February 2025 and supports new graduate nurses transitioning to professional practice through education, mentorship, and peer support.

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care, demonstrating professionalism, leadership, effective communication, and accountability within organizational policies. They coordinate patient care and uphold standards of practice.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, Georgia RN licensure, BLS certification, and eligibility for new graduates. Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and advanced certifications in their specialty areas.
