Job Description
This nursing position provides obstetric, neonatal, and gynecologic care in a holistic environment, emphasizing emotional support and education alongside medical treatment.
Qualifications include Tennessee licensure, a nursing degree, BLS within 90 days, and preferred perinatal experience. Certifications like NRP and ACLS are required or obtainable within six months.
Must be able to work under stress, function independently, and work on call within an hour. Equipment familiarity includes monitors, ventilators, and medical systems.
Responsibilities encompass patient assessment, individualized care planning, medication administration, accurate documentation, and evaluating patient responses to modify care plans.
