Job Description

This full-time night shift RN position in the OBGYN department at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN offers comprehensive benefits including PTO, health insurance, retirement plans, disability, tuition reimbursement, and community involvement opportunities.

  • Provide direct nursing care following hospital policies and protocols.
  • Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care and discharge planning.
  • Must obtain BLS within 30 days, TN RN license or multi-state license within 60 days, and Neonatal Resuscitation & S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications within 180 days.

  • Requires diploma from an accredited nursing program or current professional licensure.
