Job Description
The Registered Nurse acts as a healthcare team leader by building personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death.
Utilizes scientific evidence and compassion to guide patients through their health journey.
Takes responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and providing care according to established policies and procedures.
Fosters teamwork, staff engagement, and community involvement while ensuring a safe environment driven by the principle of “First Do No Harm”.
Commits to delivering exceptional patient experiences in every interaction, leveraging diversity and inclusion to support quality care.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), current RN licensure, and at least one year of relevant experience (preferred).
Must complete a refresher course if reactivating an inactive or lapsed license within five years.
