Job Title: Registered Nurse – Intermediate Critical Care
Department: Intermediate Critical Care Unit
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (7am – 7pm)
Our 20-bed unit specializes in stepdown care for conditions like sepsis, diabetes, heart failure, COPD, and stable tracheostomies.
We prioritize family-centered care, supportive leadership, teamwork, and professional growth.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred: Bachelor’s degree), current RN license, and one year of relevant experience (preferred).
Responsibilities involve establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring safe, compassionate care aligned with policies.
