Job Description

The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

  • Demonstrates competency in self, team, or leadership roles, using the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administers medications per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
  • Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families.
  • Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience (preferred), RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
  • Attends orientation, completes competency validations, and maintains certifications within specified grace periods.
  • Work schedule is TBD, full-time position.
