Job Description
The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Demonstrates competency in self, team, or leadership roles, using the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administers medications per protocol, monitors effects, and documents care.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients and families.
Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience (preferred), RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
Attends orientation, completes competency validations, and maintains certifications within specified grace periods.
Work schedule is TBD, full-time position.
