Job Description
The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and delegating tasks as needed.
Meets competency expectations and applies the nursing process for patient care.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
Administers medications and treatments, monitors effects, and documents care.
Assesses learning needs and provides patient and caregiver education.
Requirements include a BSN preferred, 1 year of related experience, RN license, and BLS certification.
Additional certifications like NRP, STABLE, and PALS are required within specified timeframes.
New nurses attend orientation; experienced RNs may have credential grace periods.
The position is full-time, scheduled from 7AM to 7PM.
