Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.
Supervises care activities by LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned units and shifts.
Communicates effectively with interdisciplinary teams, reporting patient concerns and condition changes promptly.
Must hold current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), with CRRN certification preferred.
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Physically capable of lifting and repositioning patients and supplies, with reasonable assistance available.
Demonstrates strong communication, reasoning, time management, and critical thinking skills.
Works independently in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment, may work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code and standards of conduct, and promotes an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
