Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized plans of care aligned with their needs and goals.
Supervises activities of LPNs/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned units and shifts.
Communicates with the interdisciplinary team, reporting patient concerns and condition changes promptly.
Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification is a plus.
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Physically able to lift, push, and reposition objects and patients, with reasonable assistance as needed.
Must have strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills, and work independently.
Environmental conditions are indoor, smoke-free, accessible, and may involve stressful situations.
Maintains reliable attendance, complies with dress code, and may work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Supports an inclusive, respectful work environment and may perform additional duties as assigned.
