Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care by assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.
Supervises care activities performed by LPNs, LVNs, RNs, CNAs, and other staff on assigned shifts.
Communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team, reporting patient concerns and condition changes promptly.
Qualifications include current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification (preferred).
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Physical requirements involve lifting objects up to 30 pounds and performing patient transfers.
Skills include excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and independent work ability.
Works in a temperature-controlled, indoor environment, may work under stress, and on flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, nights, or holidays.
Expected to maintain punctuality, adhere to dress code and conduct standards, and support a diverse, inclusive workplace.
