Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct inpatient care, assessing patients and developing individualized care plans aligned with their needs and goals.
Supervises activities of LPNs/LVNs, RNs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned units and shifts.
Communicates with the interdisciplinary team, reporting patient concerns and condition changes promptly.
Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and CRRN certification preferred.
Uses general office equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Must meet physical requirements, including lifting objects up to 30 pounds and repositioning patients.
Demonstrates skills in communication, critical thinking, time management, and independent work.
Works in a temperature-controlled, smoke-free environment, possibly under stressful circumstances.
Maintains reliable attendance, adheres to dress code, and may work flexible shifts, including holidays.
Supports a diverse, inclusive work environment and performs additional duties as assigned.
