House Supervisor – Weekends (Full Time, 3/12-hour shifts)

  • Seeking an RN to oversee weekend shifts at a 77-bed behavioral health hospital specializing in substance abuse and mental health care.

  • Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and documenting care, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to policies, monitoring patient conditions, and responding to changes, including notifying physicians as needed.

  • Lead and delegate tasks such as group activities, observation, and meal supervision, while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care with dignity and respect.

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and follow medication policies to support treatment goals.

  • Offers shift differentials, medical/dental/vision plans, tuition reimbursement, and set schedules.

  • Requirements include a valid RN license, BLS, and CPI certification within 30 days of start date.
