The House Supervisor (RN) position is a PRN role focused on managing patient flow and handling emergency situations across the facility.

Position Summary: Responsible for patient flow, conflict management, service recovery, and responding to codes. Acts as a leader during night shifts and weekends, handling diverse issues daily.
Minimum Qualifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS, 5+ years RN experience, 3+ years as Charge RN.
Preferred Qualifications: ER or ICU experience, leadership background.
