Job responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments, develop and revise care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care
Administer medications and treatments, delegate tasks appropriately
Provide pre/post-operative care and patient education
Facilitate discharge planning.
Requirements:
2+ years recent RN experience
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Current RN license
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale within specified timeframes.
