Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Maternity Services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and supporting patients and families.
Perform comprehensive assessments of maternal and newborn health, including psychosocial, physical, educational, cultural, and spiritual needs, while managing pain and educating families.
Develop and revise individualized care plans, ensuring medication safety, documenting responses, and utilizing critical thinking for priority setting and delegation.
Maintain proficiency in fetal monitoring, identify early signs of neonatal transition issues, and respond appropriately.
Demonstrate professionalism, growth, and mentorship, providing age-appropriate care across the lifespan and ensuring safe patient transfers.
