Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department on weekend night shifts (1900-0730), offering a $15,000 commitment bonus for 2 years.

Join a team in an 18-bed ER unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, caring for patients with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions using clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care throughout the lifespan, performing procedures within scope, and utilizing the nursing process.

Minimum qualifications: accredited RN program graduate, current RN license in Iowa or a Compact State, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC within 6 months of hire, with recent RN experience.

Preferred: 1 year of Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, ER, or Psychiatry experience.
