Job Description
This nursing position involves coordinating and implementing timely, accurate patient care across various specialties and units.
Requires a nursing diploma or degree, Tennessee licensure, and BLS certification within 90 days.
Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NVCI, and specialty-specific credentials may be required based on the unit.
Experience in adult, pediatric, critical care, emergency, or oncology settings preferred.
Must demonstrate skills in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, documentation, and patient education.
Ability to work under pressure, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 250 lbs with assistance.
Responsible for maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment, adhering to policies, and supporting staff development.
Ensures professional appearance and safety standards, with a focus on compassionate, culturally competent care.
