Seeking a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide expert patient care, assessments, care planning, and education.
Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing and revising care plans, administering medications, and documenting patient responses.
Ensure continuity of care by reviewing physician orders, monitoring patient status, and reporting to the team.
Supervise and delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel.
Qualifications include 2+ years ICU or Emergency Department experience, ADN or BSN degree, current RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 12 months), and NIHSS certification (within 90 days).
