Job Description
Seeking an RN for intermittent home nursing services with an $8K sign-on bonus.
Provides patient care in homes per physician-approved care plans, collaborating with families and healthcare teams.
Supervises home care aides, develops and updates care and discharge plans, and ensures proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
Performs assessments, manages caseload efficiently, and responds to emergencies while maintaining quality standards.
Supervises and evaluates aides, providing ongoing training and ensuring adherence to policies.
Maintains professional skills through continued education, licenses, and certifications.
Performs administrative duties, participates in community programs, and may serve on committees or provide backup on-call services.
Must have a valid Connecticut RN license, recent medical/surgical experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in diverse settings, including patient homes and office environments.
