Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Unit

Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Unit, located at Unity Hospital, with rotating day/night shifts and every other weekend/holiday schedule.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality, patient-centered care, performing assessments, developing and revising individualized care plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation protocols.

Qualifications: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN license in NY, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 months of experience.

The unit is an 18-bed unit caring for telemetry, wound care, vascular, and cardiac patients, offering mentorship, continuing education, and career development opportunities.

Physical requirements involve medium work, including walking, standing, and moving objects. Salary ranges from $37.18 to $49.92 per hour.
