Are you an experienced Behavioral Health RN or have a background in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing? Join our Cardiac Telemetry Unit to make a meaningful impact through compassionate, personalized care.
The RN leads the healthcare team by building authentic relationships with patients and support systems, collaborating with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death.
Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, the RN helps patients navigate their health journeys, taking responsibility and accountability for care management according to current policies and procedures.
Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school, current RN licensure, and preferred one year of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
