The Bone Marrow Transplant RN role involves caring for adults with blood cancers and hematologic disorders in a specialized, FACT-accredited 24-bed inpatient unit.
Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, transfusions, managing central lines, cellular therapies, toxicities, and monitoring telemetry.
The role supports a multidisciplinary team and offers programs like VIP for immunocompromised patients, educator support, and clinical trials.
Qualifications include 1+ year of acute nursing experience (preferred), RN license in Texas, BLS, ACLS within a year, and certification in chemotherapy/immunotherapy (preferred).
Education from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
