Job Description
Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position on day shift, working 3/12-hour shifts from 7am-7pm with rotating weekends.
Provide assessment, care planning, and documentation within set timeframes.
Supervise and lead the shift, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with policies.
Monitor patient conditions, respond appropriately, and notify physicians as needed.
Administer medications following hospital policies.
Interact with patients using empathy, dignity, and respect.
Deliver quality nursing care aligned with treatment goals and competencies.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.
