Job Description
This nursing position involves independent practice within a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care while developing long-term management strategies.
Responsibilities include adhering to nursing standards, utilizing the nursing process, addressing patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring treatment effects, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership qualities, manages contingencies, and delegates tasks appropriately.
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license.
Work schedule is from 7 PM to 7 AM, full-time.
