We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Culinary Nutrition team, providing oversight for two senior care communities in Burnsville and Wyoming, MN. Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting residents’ nutrition needs, including those with complex medical conditions.
  • Completing dietary sections of weekly Medicare assessments.
  • Menu development and conducting kitchen and care plan audits.
  • Serving as a preceptor for students.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field, a Registered Dietitian license, and 1-3 years of experience. Proficiency in technology for data entry and software navigation is required.
