Job Description
The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensuring high-quality images while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
Provides radiography in various clinical areas and maintains timely, accurate documentation using RIS/PACS.
Prepares and cleans imaging rooms daily and participates in departmental meetings and training.
Offers excellent customer service and provides on-call coverage for radiology.
Qualifications include a radiologic technology certificate, NYS license or permit, and ARRT certification within a year if licensed after 2007.
Preferred experience in radiologic technology is a plus.
Requires physical ability to perform duties, including walking, standing, and lifting.
The pay range is $28.75 – $38.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
