Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, assessing, and treating patients, as well as developing treatment plans and performing therapeutic procedures. Key duties include consulting with medical staff, completing clinical records, and supervising assistive personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in West Virginia.
• Eligibility for APTA or WVPTA membership.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Physical Therapist.

Physical demands include frequent movement and the ability to lift patients. The role involves exposure to various environmental factors and requires strong communication and time management skills.
