Job Description
This RN position in the Women’s Health outpatient clinic in Albany, NY involves providing compassionate patient care, triage, and support for procedures such as hysteroscopies, IUD insertions, and miscarriage management.
Work Monday – Friday in a team-oriented environment.
Support primary and subspecialty providers using the nursing process.
Complete documentation, facilitate resource utilization, and coordinate tests and procedures.
Perform age-appropriate patient care, including diagnostics, medication administration, and assisting physicians.
Manage telephone triage, schedule tests, review test results, and ensure compliance with policies.
Minimum qualifications include an RN license, associate’s degree, and previous ambulatory care experience; procedural or OB/Gyn experience is preferred.
Required certifications: BLS; ACLS to be obtained after hire.
The role involves working within confidentiality and data protection standards.
